We try to present healthy snack recipes on our Facebook page and website each major holiday. The recipe we took pictures of is called: Gummy kebabs. We used sugar free gelatin and cut up our favorite fruit for a delicious and healthy snack . The kebab is high on fiber and protein when eaten with fat free plain yogurt. Protein and fiber help stabilize blood sugar spikes and are an important part of any snack. Substitute in your favorite fruit and enjoy!
