My name is Dr. Trina Collins. I am a board certified pediatric dentist. At Soft Palate Dentistry we treat children ages 0 through 21 years of age and special needs patients of all ages. To ensure patient comfort we provide sedation dentistry as well as services in local operating rooms when needed or desired. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry and completed my pediatric dental residency with NYU Lutheran Medical Center. I also completed an Advanced Education in General Residency at Fort Carson, Colorado. I am a proud veteran of the US Army and was discharged honorably in 2006.

Dr. Trina Collins graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. While there, she won the prestigious Health Professional Scholarship from the US Army. She was also awarded a Research Fellowship from UNC Chapel Hill to study the effects of gum disease on pregnancy. She is a decorated veteran and has successfully completed 3 different dental residency programs. Advanced Education in General Dentistry I at Fort Carson, Colorado, Advanced Education in General Dentistry 2 NYU Lutheran Medical Center and she successfully completed her Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry Residency with NYU Lutheran Medical Center. Dr. Collins is a board certified pediatric dentist and a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She believes in practicing gentle and safe dentistry.
